Where does PH5 ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international destinations.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I determine my size?
PH5 garments are designed with unique stretch properties. We provide a detailed size guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are your production methods sustainable?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placement; after that, we are unable to make changes but can assist you with a return once the package arrives.
