Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PH5 knitwear, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned knitwear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
